This program enables University of Bath undergraduate students to participate in a year-long professional placement to participate in biological research prior to the start of the final year of studies. It offers extensive opportunities, including but not limited to experiments investigating the role of vaginal bacterial species in the female reproductive tract, data analysis for epidemiologic biomarker discovery, and collaborative studies related to women's health outcomes.
